HI!! I’m Savannah Allen, or Sav for short.

I’m a Nashville based (self-taught) author and illustrator who never grew out of a love for children’s books. As a child who rarely saw herself in stories, she now loves to invent characters who are relatable, spirited, and inclusive. She is the author and illustrator of The Nature Journal, and the illustrator of the Sprinkles and Swirls ready-to-read books by Lola M. Schaefer.

She spends much of her time with her husband and their three children, Sadie Lou, Ben, and Joey - embracing the lively spirit and joyful energy they bring to every new day!
